As a person who is starting a small operation, with a littl

e bit of money and a whole lot of heart, there is something unromantic about reducing my (years of) creative ideas into an Excel chart - an Excel chart that not only shows me what I can't afford, but clearly details my financial shortcomings. While I know this is an important step in setting up a successful business, I have found it rather un-motivating and extremely distracting to my right brain. And so, I have moved on. This is my declaration (to myself) that it is going to be OK - and more than ok, it's going to be quite rousing to accomplish things with a whole lot of heart, and a little bit of planning.
I'm calling it the Right-Brained Business Plan.
